Dear Reader,

I am a field supervisor at IBD Loma Estate, in Dominican Republic where I am responsible for 150 hectares of coffee. I organize cultivation and recently developed a new farming mechanism which has helped us to achieve a 75% reduction of man-days required for weeding. I am also involved in IBD community welfare initiatives to eradicate child labor, improve children’s education, enhance conservation and promote workplace hygiene.
